Michael David Peters was banned from all University campuses and facilities after allegedly threatening a faculty member in July 2012.
Peters reportedly violated his ban or “Person Non Grata Order” Monday when he was seen trying to drop off a letter at the President’s Office in McFall Center, said David Kielmeyer, University spokesperson.
If Peters returns to campus, he will be subject to arrest, according to a crime alert email sent out Monday afternoon.
Peters was also arrested Aug. 2 in the business administration building for violating his ban.
University Police are asking that students call the department at (419) 372-2346 if they see Peters anywhere on campus.
