Complainant reported that people were going door to door posing as energy company employees and asking to see gas bills near Willowood Circle and Larchwood Drive.

Tony Scot Buxton, 24, of Wharton, Ohio, was arrested for criminal damaging within the 500 block of E. Wooster St. He was lodged in the Wood County Justice Center.

Tony Scot Buxton, 24, of Wharton, Ohio, was arrested for criminal mischief within the 500 block of E. Wooster St. He allegedly entered a city electric division truck and urinated in it. Buxton’s phone was found in the truck. He was lodged in the Wood County Justice Center.

Complainant reported that sometime during the night, an unknown person broke the passenger side window of a vehicle and stole a backpack with $450 and medication inside within the 1000 block of S. Maple St. The estimated damage is between $200 and $300.

Complainant reported that fraudulent charges had been made to her debit card at various retailers.
5:15 P.M.
Complainant reported that her iPhone was stolen from her residence within the 1000 block of N. Main St. The phone is valued at $200.
