Patrick C. Miller, 21, a junior marine biology major, was found dead in his car last night at Carter Park.

According to Lt. Brad Conner, of the Bowling Green Police Department, two patrolmen doing a routine patrol through the park found Miller at 12:30 a.m.

‘We had two officers on routine patrol who observed the vehicle in Carter Park and went to investigate what it was doing there at that late hour,’ Conner said.

Conner said that Miller was found with a gunshot wound to the head. There was also a nine millimeter hand gun found in the car with him at the time.

Miller was from Hartville, Ohio, in Stark County. He lived in the 500 block of East Reed Street in Bowling Green.
