Friday

12:58 a.m.

Melanie Lain Clark, 28, of Toledo, arrested for three counts of drug possession, possession of paraphernalia, operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs, driving under suspension and failure to use headlights and unauthorized plates at Baldwin and Wooster Street. Police took her to get blood samples. A nurse at the ER identified 16 oxycodone pills, two percocet pills and one vicodin pill.

8:32 a.m.

Cement donkey painted black and white, value $100, reported stolen from a Normandie Boulevard home.

9:29 a.m.

Vehicle reported to have struck a house on West Wooster Street.

4:06 p.m.

Neil T. Holman, 29, of Wayne, Ohio, arrested for willful disregard for public property, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on East Wooster Street. Police reported seeing him driving recklessly and when stopped by officers, he threw a jar containing marijuana and a bong into the snow.

4:12 p.m.

Vehicle reported to have struck a South Main Street car wash.

11:47 p.m.

Antoni E. Domin, 20, of Columbus, and Tyler Joseph Wilson, 19, of Chesterfield, Mich., arrested for underage possession of alcohol on North Enterprise Street.

Saturday

12:02 a.m.

Gabriel B. Butterfield, 20, of Lima, Ohio, arrested for underage possession of alcohol on Pike Street.

12:02 a.m.

Graham Caleb Wagner, 20, of Defiance, Ohio, arrested for underage under the influence and misrepresentation to obtain alcohol at a North Main Street bar.

12:58 a.m.

Katherine Jean Nelson, 18, of Livonia, Mich., arrested for underage under the influence at a North Main Street bar.

1:13 a.m.

Elex J. Turski, 20, of Sylavania, Ohio, cited for operating a vehicle while under the influence, driving under suspension and inoperable brake lights at Interstate 75 and Wooster.

1:40 a.m.

Lindsey R. Douglas, 18, of Strongsville, Ohio, arrested for underage under the influence at a North Main Street bar.

1:45 a.m.

Daniel Joseph Craig, 20, of Rossford, Ohio, arrested for disorderly conduct and underage under the influence of alcohol at a North Main Street bar. He had been observed fighting with others at the bar.

1:57 a.m.

Fight reported in the front of a North Main Street bar.

3:19 a.m.

Orion M. Poor, 20, of Wapakoneta, Ohio, cited for operating a vehicle while under the influence and expired registration at Mercer and Wooster. Street.

3:41 p.m.

High Street resident reported items were stolen from her shed.

7:48 p.m.

Woman reported being threatened by a woman at a Toledo hospital.

8:19 p.m.

Five men and one woman reported to have taken posters from a South Main Street store without paying for all of them. The clerk told police they asked for a military discount and became upset when the learned the store did not offer one.

10:29 p.m.

Man reported to have seen another man shove a woman on the ground on Troup Avenue.

11:03 p.m.

Two juvenile girls reported to have tried to take items from an East Wooster Street store without paying. They were held at the store until police arrived.

11:29 p.m.

Caller reported hearing gunshots or firecrackers on East Merry Street. Police did not notice anything unusual when they arrived at the scene.

12:36 a.m.

Brett A. Ritzenthaler, 22, of Norwalk, Ohio, arrested for open container of alcohol on North Main Street.

12:45 a.m.

Jared T. Dickman, 21, of Fremont, Ohio, given a civil citation for public urination at a North Main Street bar.

1:36 a.m.

Ahmed Mohamoud Ismail, 27, of Toledo, arrested for disorderly conduct after he refused to leave an East Court Street bar several times. He was taken to the Wood County Justice Center.

1:38 a.m.

Men reported to be wrestling in front of a North Main Street bar.

2:10 a.m.

Fight reported on East Wooster Street.

2:42 a.m.

Man reported being threatened at an East Napoleon Road apartment complex.

3:01 a.m.

Assault reported at Pita Pit on East Wooster Street.

3:37 a.m.

Amy M. Conroy, 20, of Cincinnati, arrested for failure to stop at a stop sign and underage possession of beer at Jackson Street and Napoleon Road.

3:53 a.m.

Clough Street resident reported a man came into his apartment and said he had cocaine. The resident told the man to leave. Police were unable to locate the intruder when they arrived.

4:08 a.m.

Concrete block reported thrown through the back window of a vehicle in a Clough Street parking lot.
