Police Blotter

Thursday

6:50 a.m.

Andrew C. Roholt, 22, of Canton, Ohio, arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and abuse of marijuana at a Frazee Avenue apartment. He was served a warrant Thursday morning.

2:46 p.m.

Man reported being assaulted by his girlfriend at a North Main Street bar. He was referred to the city prosecutor.

3:06 p.m.

East Merry Avenue resident reported being the victim of identity theft.

4:45 p.m.

East Reed Avenue resident reported her husband forged her name on tax documents.

8:05 p.m.

Michael Tood Smithback, 28, of Bowling Green, arrested for domestic violence and inducing panic at an Anna Lane home. His wife fled to another home to call police. Smithback was lodged at the Wood County Justice Center without bail.

Friday

2:04 a.m.

Man reported being struck near the eye with a paintball fired from an airgun on East Wooster Street. He said four to five white men in a dark green Grand Prix drove away from the scene. Officers were unable to locate the car.

2:25 a.m.

Ryan J. Conklin, 22, of Euclid, Ohio, given a civil citation for public urination at Oak and Main streets.
