TUESDAY, MARCH. 3 2:17 P.M. Complainant reported the south end of a building on North Grove Street was spray painted. 7:15 P.M. Ray Steiner, 67, of Bowling Green, was cited for traffic control violation after hitting two pedestrians on Mercer Road. 10:00 P.M. Complainant reported two subjects wearing black hoodies, masks and backpacks were trying to break into her apartment on 5th Street through the front door and window.
