‘ FRIDAY, JUNE 26, 2009 12:32 a.m. David Duty, 21, of Bowling Green was arrested for an open container of alcohol. 12:51 a.m. Tomas Petruska, 23, and Kai Kantola, 21, of Bowling Green and Reed Rushing, 21, of Seattle, Wash., were cited for open containers of alcohol. 3:16 p.m. John Peace, 22, of Detroit was arrested for theft after he admitted to taking about $250 worth of alcoholic beverages from Legends Wine ‘amp; Spirits on Wooster Street. 7:40 p.m. Matthew Llanas, 25, of Bowling Green was arrested for an open container in a motor vehicle, driving under a suspended license and noncompliance. 9:18 p.m. Andrew Dean, 22, of Pemberville, Ohio, was cited for theft after he was seen taking a can paint and two brushes from a store on Gypsy Lane Road and walking out without attempting to pay. 10:57 p.m. Travis Green, 21, of Toledo was cited for an open container of alcohol. 11:34 p.m. William Morgan, 30 of Bowling Green was cited for operating a vehicle under the influence and using a traffic control device. SATURDAY, JUNE 27, 2009 12:26 a.m. Clint Abernathy, 27, of Toledo was cited for disorderly conduct and public urination. 12:35 a.m. Samantha Fish, 20, of Bowling Green was cited for attempting to use someone else’s ID. 1:15 a.m. Joshua Torrez, 21, of Topeka, Kan., was cited for an open container of alcohol. Brody Schuler, 21, of Topeka, Kan., was cited for disorderly conduct and public urination. 1:56 a.m. Robert Hiley Jr., 22, of Lithonia, Ga., was cited for disorderly conduct and public urination. 2:28 a.m. Megan Potts, 21, of Bowling Green was cited or operation a vehicle under the influence and driving without required corrective lenses. 1:18 p.m. Patrick Cousino, 43, of Bowling Green was cited for criminal trespass after he was located at gas station on Main Street. Cousino had been told multiple times by management at the gas station that he was not welcome on the property. 10:25 p.m. Vernell Jones, 22, of Bowling Green was arrested for criminal trespass after he was seen possibly intoxicated climbing a fence. SUNDAY, JUNE 28, 2009 1:11 a.m. Nathan Brotzki, 19, of Bowling Green was cited for operating a vehicle under the influence. MONDAY, JUNE 29, 2009 12:35 a.m. Donnell Harmon, 22, of Gahanna, Ohio, was arrested for assault and unlawful restraint after he assaulted a victim by slapping and punching her on the left side of her face causing her lip to slip and bleed. Donnell also slammed the door on the victim’s right foot when she tried to flee the residence. 1:03 a.m. Sean Reed, 21, of Bowling Green was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and no tail lights. Reed was initially stopped for no tail lights, but then the officer detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana coming from his vehicle and also noticed Reed’s eyes were bloodshot, at which point the officer searched Reed’s vehicle and found .58 grams of marijuana. 3:35 a.m. Aunna Lay, 29, and Jimmie Hiett, 51, of Bowling Green were arrested for domestic violence.
