Goals for Fall Semester:
Currently “developing a framework for diversity and inclusion” that can be used in the academic departments to set standards on how well they’re doing in creating multicultural organizations.
Also, working on setting priorities for what academic departments would like to do for building organization in the upcoming year and the following academic years.
