Charges are still pending against a local downtown business.
The Bowling Green Police Division issued a search warrant Wednesday on Mezmorize, located at 181 S. Main St., according to a press release.
The business, owed by Ohio Dream Team LLC and locally managed by Mike Husain, was searched. Merchandise classified as drug paraphernalia was seized.
Charges against the owners are outstanding, but include possession and sale of drug paraphernalia.
Lt. Tony Hetrick, of the BGPD, was unavailable for comment Friday.
