12:28 a.m.Complainant reported an argument in a parking lot within 1500 block of Clough St. Police believe an individual was struck by a vehicle following an argument, the individual was transported to the emergency room.
12:57 a.m.Individual was warned for disorderly conduct after being found highly intoxicated with a cut on his face within 300 N. Main St.
1:19 a.m.Resident within 900 block of Thurstin Ave. reported a neighbor’s television being too loud. Responding police found the television on, but barely audible. Residents were advised to work out their dispute with management.
