Elizabeth Mitchell, of Hartville, Ohio, was cited for drug abuse at the Student Recreation Center.

Nicholas Brouman, of Hartville, Ohio, was cited for drug abuse and drug paraphernalia at the Student Recreation Center.

7:56 a.m.Complainant reported that a red mini van backed into a Coke machine at Murphy Oil, damage is unknown at this time.

3:04 p.m.Larry L. Mason, 47, of Mount Vernon, Ohio was arrested for theft after refusing to pay a $19.01 bill at Jed’s Bar and Grill.

5:16 p.m.Employee at Goodwill reported that a female left the store without paying for two purses valued at $10 total.

9:12 p.m.Individual reported that her black wallet was taken from her vehicle sometime between 7 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. within 1000 block of Fairview Ave.

2:43 a.m.Individual was warned for criminal mischief after throwing cones in to the roadway within 200 block of N. Enterprise St.
