This past Monday and Tuesday for the BGSU women’s golf team was quite a busy one. The Falcons traveled to the Diane Thomason Invite hosted by the University of Iowa. The two-day event was contested at the Finkbrine Golf Course, a par 72, 6,437-yard course.
The Falcons finished 10th out of the 15 teams at the invite, with Ava O’Sullivan being the standout once again. The junior finished with 73 (+1) in the second round and was at the top of the list for the BGSU golfers, shooting a 79-73-80-262 (+16). Some other performances from the team stood out, like freshman Clare Yeazell, who shot four holes under par in the first round to finish 75 (+3).
