Complainant reported that sometime during the night, an unknown person damaged the passenger side mirror of a vehicle within the 2000 block of E. Napoleon Road. The estimated damage is $100.

11:35 A.M.

Complainant reported that sometime during the night, an unknown person threw a rock at a vehicle, breaking the passenger side window and damaging the door within the 100 block of Ordway Ave.

8:20 P.M.

Bryan M. Davis, 23, of Bowling Green, was cited for underage sales prohibited within the 300 block of S. Main St.

8:40 P.M.

Scott E. Mastrocinque, 46, of Findlay, Ohio, was cited for underage alcohol sales within the 700 block of S. Main St.

9:46 P.M.

Kenneth Patrick Zarecki, 24, of Bowling Green, was cited for underage sales prohibited within the 400 block of E. Wooster St.

10:29 P.M.

Two people were cited for disorderly conduct/having sex in public within the 200 block of N. Prospect St.

10:45 P.M.

Tiffany Lee Barry, 19, of Bowling Green, was cited for disorderly conduct/loud music within the 1000 block of Fairview Ave.

Kurt M. Bethard, 19, of Wakeman, Ohio; and Rachel Susan Schlessman, 18, of Collins, Ohio, were cited for public indecency within the 200 block of S. College Drive.

12:06 A.M.

Gar J. Green, 38, of Bowling Green, was cited for operating a vehicle impaired and traffic control device near lot 2 and East Wooster Street.

12:24 A.M.

Matthew A. Drummer, 22, of Wauseon,Ohio; and Michael A. Thompson, 22, of Wauseon, Ohio, were cited for disorderly conduct/public urination at Lot 4 downtown.

12:54 A.M.

Shmauria Denae Harris, 23, of Bowling Green, was cited for open container within the 200 block of N. Main St. Haneisha Boday Wortham, 21, of Bowling Green, was cited for drug abuse/marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

12:55 A.M.

Bradley D. Miller, 28, of Salem, Ohio; and Jalon E. Wallace, 23, of Ramer, Ala., were arrested for assault within the 100 block of N. Main St. Wallace was also charged with trespass. Demetrius Rivers, 38, of Cygnet, Ohio, was arrested for disorderly conduct with persistence. They were all lodged in the Wood County Justice Center.

Jonathan K. Clemons, 20, of Port Clinton, Ohio, was arrested for receiving stolen property, obstructing official business and underage/under the influence of alcohol within the 300 block of N. Prospect St. He was also cited for operating a vehicle impaired, lighted lights required, stopping after an accident and possession of marijuana. He was lodged in the Wood County Justice Center. Travis D. Schwinkendorf, 21, of Port Clinton, Ohio, was cited for receiving stolen property and obstructing official business.

Jeremiah Joseph Nuzum, 26, of Bowling Green; and Dustin A. Radcliff, 31, of Bowling Green, were cited for disorderly conduct/fighting within the 100 block of N. Prospect St.

1:34 A.M.

Chelsea B. Robinson, 20, of Bowling Green, was cited for nuisance party within the 300 block of Campbell Hill Road.

1:46 A.M.

Tanner S. Salvers, 20; and Tyler Preston Scmid, 19, both of Bowling Green, were cited for disorderly conduct/public urination within the 100 block of N. Prospect St.

Justin A. Horne, 24, of Port Clinton, Ohio, was cited for operating a vehicle impaired and operation off street in willful wanton disregard within the 500 block of Clough St.

Thomas Allen Breitigam Jr, 18, of Fostoria, Ohio, was cited for misrepresentation to obtain alcohol within the 100 block of N. Main St.

Lonnie Earl Splan, 24, of Toledo, was cited for open container within the 100 block of N. Main St.

Kristen K. Swartz, 30, of Perrysburg, Ohio, was cited for operating a vehicle impaired, red light violation and non-use of safety belt near South prospect and East Wooster streets.

Qiana M. Carr, 23, of Toledo, was cited for operating a vehicle impaired near North Main and East Oak streets.

Michael Anthony Paul Boud, 20, of Toledo, was cited for disorderly conduct/public urination within the 100 block of N. Prospect St.

Dustin A. Radcliff, 31, of Bowling Green, was arrested for aggravated menacing, concealed weapon and weapon while intoxicated within the 800 block of Scott Hamilton Ave. He was lodged in the Wood County Justice Center.

2:54 A.M.

Brandy L. James, 23, of Deshler, Ohio; and Steven W. Sanchez, 28, of Bowling Green, were cited for operating a vehicle impaired within the 300 block E. Wooster St.
