Complainant reported that while at a party, an unknown person stole her driver’s license and $25 from her purse at an unknown address on Fifth Street.

Michael Anthony Budd, 24, of Bowling Green, was arrested for disorderly conduct with persistence within the 200 block of Troup Ave. He was lodged in the Wood County justice Center.

1:28 P.M.

Complainant reported that unauthorized charges had been made to a bank account for $2,100.

Sean P. Helbig, 22, of Bowling Green; Ashley Ann Mays, 21, of Ada, Ohio; Kinsey Lee Ring, 23, of Ada, Ohio; and Ryan P. Stechschulte, 22, of Bowling Green, were all cited for open container at Lot 4 downtown.

Shana Asleigh Flanary, 20, of Bowling Green; and Brooke Emma Pleger, 20, of Ann Arbor, Mich., were cited for underage possession of alcohol and open container at Lot 2 downtown. Flanary was also cited for disorderly conduct/public urination.
