Complainant reported that an unknown person stole 150 oxycodones from her vehicle within the 100 block of Kramer Lane.

2:41 P.M.

Rebecca M. Winebriner, 21, of Lorain, Ohio, was arrested for theft/shoplifting within the 100 block of W. Gypsy Lane Road. She was lodged in the Wood County Justice Center.

4:01 P.M.

A juvenile was arrested for inducing panic within the 1100 block of Sandpiper Lane. He was lodged in the juvenile detention center.
