Complainant reported that an unknown person stole two signs from a business within the 400 block of E. Wooster St. The items were valued at $350.

4:10 P.M.

John T. Rae, 37, of Bowling Green, was arrested for possession of drug abuse instruments within the 400 block of S. Maple St. He was lodged in the Wood County Justice Center.

5:16 P.M.

Complainant reported that an unknown person stole his wallet within the 1000 block of N. Main. St.
