Complainant reported that sometime during the night, an unknown person stole a green and white sign that said “Free Internet” from a property within the 400 block of S. Summit St. The sign was valued at $155.

Complainant reported that sometime during the weekend, two tires from two vehicles were flattened by unknown means within the 200 block of N. Main St.
