Complainant reported that sometime during the night an unknown subject damaged a white plastic fence within the 400 block of N. Main St. Estimated damage $500.

8:02 P.M.

Jeremiah Joseph Nuzum, 27, of Bowling Green, was cited for drug paraphernalia within the 1000 block of Fairview Ave. Susan B. Obringer, 49, of Bowling Green, was cited for wrongful entrustment and open container.

11:40 P.M.

Complainant reported that an unknown person had thrown something at a window causing it to crack, within the 700 block of E. Napoleon Rd.
