Complainant reported that an unknown person spray-painted “TBH” on the passenger side door of a vehicle within the 700 block of 5th St. Damages estimated at $100.

Mathew D. Richardson, 28, of Bowling Green, was arrested for theft within the 100 block of N. Prospect St. He was lodged in the Wood County Justice Center.

Kayleen M. Farren, 27, of Bowling Green, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia near Campbell Hill Road and East Gypsy Lane Road.

Complainant reported that the catalytic converter was cut from her vehicle within the 500 block of Frazee Ave. Estimated damage is $200.

Complainant reported that an unknown subject had broken the door jam causing an estimated $50 in damage within the 1000 block of 3rd St.

Zachary L. Skees, 24, of Bowling Green, was cited for disorderly conduct/urinating in public within the 100 block of N. Main St.
