During its last meeting, the student government discussed topics from clean energy to The BG News.
Two resolutions were brought to the senate. The first was regarding multiple complaints from several organizations about The BG News.
“The resolution is formally supporting immediate change within The BG News,” said Auxiliary Affairs Chair Aeden Timbrook.
The resolution was discussed for more than a half hour then tabled for the summer government to vote on.
Then Timbrook and College of Education and Human Development Senator Matt Mazur presented another resolution that was passed. It supported clean energy for the University.
