Lane M. Dye, 23, of Montpelier, Ohio; Derek J. Hartsock, 25, of Bryan, Ohio; Keagan Shay Hartsock, 21, of Montpelier, Ohio; and Lukas Ka Wallace, 21, of Edon, Ohio, were all cited for open container near Lot 4 downtown. Logan Wyatt Mckelvey, 20, of Montpelier, Ohio, was cited for underage possession of alcohol and open container.

Rachel Anne Moore, 22, of Bowling Green, was arrested for disorderly conduct/unable to care for self within the 100 block of E. Oak St. She was lodged in the Wood County Justice Center.

1:24 A.M.

Emily Nicole Roberts, 22, of Bowling Green, was cited for open container near Lot 2 downtown.

1:31 A.M.

Derek P. Hosler, 18, of Monclova, Ohio, ​was cited for disorderly conduct/public urination near Lot 4 downtown.

1:55 A.M.

Wayne Evan Gragston, 20, of Bowling Green; and Robert Whalen Vaughan, 20, of Bowling Green, were both cited for criminal mischief within the 100 block of N. Main St.

2:01 A.M.

Jerrod Alonzo Poole, 19, of Bowling Green; and Mar’shayla J. Young, 20, of Bowling Green, were both cited for underage possession of alcohol within the 700 block of E. Napoleon Rd. Daena Zhane Davis, 18, of Bowling Green; and Stephany Simone Russell, 20, of Bowling Green, were both cited for nuisance party.

Daniel James St. John, 19, of Bowling Green, was arrested for disorderly conduct/nuisance party, providing a place for underage consumption of alcohol, obstructing official business, failure to maintain a litter free premise and underage possession of alcohol within the 500 block of Frazee Ave. He was lodged in the Wood County Justice Center. Ryan Michael Kwiatkowski, 18, of Maumee, Ohio, was cited for underage/under the influence of alcohol.

11:42 P.M.

Complainant reported that sometime during the night an unknown subject slashed the front left tire and right rear tire of the complainant’s vehicle within the 500 block of E. Merry Ave. Damage estimated at $200.

Chad C. Clements, 20, of Bowling Green, was cited for criminal mischief within the 100 block of N. Main St.

John M. Nemer, 20, of Sylvania, Ohio, was cited for underage possession of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse near East Wooster Street and Troup.

Joseph Allen Combs, 19, of Stow, Ohio, was cited for underage/under the influence near the corner of South Main Street and Byall Avenue.

Melinda I. Carmona, 18, of Toledo, was cited for prohibited acts within the 100 block of N. Main St.

Erika Jordan Franco, 20, of Whitehouse, Ohio, was cited for open container and underage possession of alcohol near Lot 3 downtown.

Justin Lee Bockbrader, 22, of Pemberville, Ohio, was cited for open container of alcohol near South Prospect Street and East Wooster Street.

2:41 A.M.

Miles Jordan Bishop, 18, of Toledo, was cited for underage possession of alcohol near Lot 2 downtown.

Cody Reed Smith, 19, of Bowling Green, was cited for underage/under the influence of alcohol within the 100 block of Curtis Ave.

12:52 P.M.

Complainant reported an unknown person had snapped the tops off of her plastic white picket fence within the 200 block of S. Prospect St. Damage is estimated at $400.

1:50 P.M.

Complainant reported the theft of a black Fossil tri-fold wallet valued at $50 within the 700 block of E. Napoleon Rd.

6:22 P.M.

Complainant reported the theft of her Canon EOS DSLR camera and lenses within the 700 block of 7th St. Items valued at a total of $1200.
