The Bowling Green State University basketball team lost their second game in a row on a game-winning shot.
This time it was Kent State’s guard Devareaux Manley who hit the gam-winning three from the left corner. Manley’s shot gave the Flashes the 62-61 win and pushes their record to 13-11 and 4-7 in the Mid-American Conference.
The Falcons led early on in the game 13-0 but after that run the Falcons found it hard to keep possession of the ball.
Both teams ended the game with 19 turnovers while both teams also scored more than 20 points of those turnovers.
Cameron Black led the Falcons in points for the first time this year with a career high 18 points and nine rebounds. Jehvon Clarke finished with 18 points as well and six assist.
The Falcons will be back in action when they travel to Ball State Saturday as Coach Orr still searches for career win number 200.
