Complainant reported that an unknown person keyed the driver side door of a vehicle within the 2100 block of E. Wooster St. Damage estimated at $250.

10:44 P.M.

Complainant reported the theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle within the 1000 block of Fairview Ave.

12:11 A.M.

James Alexander Dorsey, 19, of Southington, Ohio, was cited for open container of alcohol, underage possession of alcohol, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia near North Main and West Wooster Streets.

1:30 A.M.

Megan Marie Hiscox, 19, of Bowling Green, was cited for underage possession of alcohol within the 100 block of N. Main St.

11:53 A.M.

Ryan A. Elliott, 21, of Bowling Green, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia within the 100 block of S. College Dr.

11:09 P.M.

Andrew Jason McCarty, 24, of Ottawa, Ohio, was cited for open container near Lot 4 downtown.

11:33 P.M.

Javar Danario Thomas, 23, of Toledo, was cited for littering near Lot 2 downtown.

11:35 P.M.

John Garrett Heninger, 18, of Curtice, Ohio, was arrested for obstructing official business, underage/under the influence of alcohol and prohibited acts within the 100 block of N. Main St. He was lodged in the Wood County Justice Center.

SAT., FEB. 22

12:46 A.M.

Steven Andrew Nicholl, 18, of Chesterland, Ohio, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia within the 100 block of Crim St. Jagger Ray Jones, 19, of Novelty, Ohio, was cited for possession of marijuana. Edwin M. Fumich, 21, of Bowling Green, was cited for nuisance party.

1:26 A.M.

Joseph Edward Hinde, 21, of Bowling Green, was arrested for disorderly conduct/unable to care for self within the 700 N. Enterprise St.

4:12 A.M.

Neil Earl Booth, 23, of Bowling Green; and Jeremy Joel Jago, 23, of Bowling Green, were both cited for disorderly conduct within the 400 block of Frazee Ave.
