Two men charged with aggravated burglary

The city police have arrested two subjects in connection with a home invasion that happened around 2:45 a.m. on Sunday.

Vincent Branch, 23, was assaulted in the incident where a group of subjects broke into an apartment within the 700 block of 5th St., according to today’s press release from the Bowling Green Police Division.

Cody James Miller, 20, of Port Clinton, Ohio; and Oscar Santiago Gonzalez, 18, of Bowling Green, were charged with aggravated burglary and lodged in the Wood County Justice Center. Their arraignment is pending in the Bowling Green Municipal Court, according to the press release.

Police are continuing the investigation. Anyone with more information is encouraged to contact the Police Division at 419-352-2571, Wood County CrimeStoppers at 419-352-0077 or (800) 54-CRIME.

People who contact with useful information can remain anonymous and can possibly receive a reward up to $1,000.
