Bowling Green women’s soccer had their second match of the season last night against Cincinnati. The Bearcats scored in just the second minute of the match as the ball bounced to the feet of Megan Smith on a throw in.
The Falcons had plenty of chances tallying seven shots on goal over the 90-minute contest but were unable to draw even with a goal of their own.
Multiple Falcons saw firsts again in the second game of the season as senior, Rylee Clark, made her first collegiate start and freshman, Lexi White, made her collegiate debut off the bench.
The Falcons head for home with their first home match of the season scheduled for Sunday, August 27, against the Loyola Chicago Ramblers. Kickoff is slated for 1:00 p.m. EST and can be seen on ESPN+.
