The St. Baldrick’s Foundation, along with co-sponsors Office of Residence Life and the National Residence Hall Honorary, (NRHH) are hosting their annual Brave the Shave 5K on BGSU’s campus on Sunday, Nov. 19.
Participants must register by Nov. 15 to run or walk the 5K course. All are welcome to help fundraise this year for the annual goal of $5,000. The cost of participation is $35.
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation raises money for childhood cancer research. Since 2012, the BGSU community has raised over $170,000 for the foundation.
Participants can also sign up to shave their head in the Shave-A-Thon. This is a separate event that is not required to participate in the 5K.
