The Center for Undergraduate Research and Scholarship is hosting the ninth-annual Symposium on Diversity.
The symposium allows those on campus to hear and see findings on critical issues related to diversity within a variety of fields.
The keynote speaker, Amanda Paniagua, will present a speech titled “Seeing Ourselves in Others: The Power of Collective Stories.” Other speakers include Dr. Janet Hartley, the interim vice provost for academic affairs at BGSU, and Dr. Cordula Mora, director of the Center for Undergraduate Research and Scholarship.
The event will run from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Bowen-Thompson Student Union Multipurpose Room and no registration is required.
