Usually when playing well, the saying goes that for a team or player, ‘the lights shine down’ on them.
On Wednesday night, Bowling Green women’s basketball played really well, but the lights went out on them (literally).
Regardless, the Falcons (10-5 OVR, 4-1 MAC) defeated the Akron Zips 70-59, and now head south to Oxford to face the Miami RedHawks.
