Bowling Green football junior tight end Harold Fannin Jr. was named the Mid-American Conference (MAC) Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts on Saturday against #25 Texas A&M.
Fannin Jr. recorded 145 receiving yards on just eight receptions, including a career-long 65-yard touchdown grab to open the third quarter.
His 145 yards led the MAC in receiving for week four, as well as all tight ends at the FBS level.
He also broke his career receiving mark set just two weeks ago against #8 Penn State.
Fannin and the Falcons are back in action on Sept. 28, as they welcome the Old Dominion Monarchs to the Doyt Perry Stadium for Homecoming. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m.
