Two BGSU men’s basketball games have been selected for national television, the Mid-American Conference (MAC) announced on Tuesday.
BG’s matchups against Akron on Jan. 3 and Toledo on Jan. 24 will both air on CBS Sports Network. Both games will take place at the Stroh Center with 6 p.m. tips.
“We are excited to be chosen for these national TV games,” BGSU head coach Todd Simon said. “Any chance we get to represent BGSU on a major stage, it is a win for our great university. We look forward to not only performing but also the opportunity to share the spotlight with our students, band, cheer and dance and our loyal Falcon fan base.”
The contest against the Zips will be the conference opener for both the Falcons and the conference.
