After claiming the Mid-American Conference (MAC) regular season championship last season, head coach Kyle Hallock and BGSU baseball announced the full 2025 schedule on Wednesday morning.
The schedule consists of 55 games, including 25 non-conference matchups across 14 different opponents and 30 conference contests.
“We are excited to put together another high-end schedule. Our non-conference opponents are all quality programs that will challenge us in a variety of ways based on their different styles of play,” Hallock said. “We look forward to competing against strong RPI programs and conferences in preparation for another competitive MAC season.”
Bowling Green’s season will begin with 14 road games, including 11 non-conference matchups.
Key Dates and Matchups
BGSU will again begin their season in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, facing off against Middle Tennessee on Feb. 14-16.
The first midweek game of the season will come on Feb. 18, when the Orange and Brown will travel to Cincinnati to face the Bearcats.
Then, BG will head to South Carolina to face USC Upstate on Feb. 21 and 23 while battling Presbyterian on Feb. 22. Last season, USC Upstate made it to the Big South Championship while Presbyterian won the Big South regular season championship.
Bowling Green will face Michigan State in East Lansing on Apr. 2 before heading to Ann Arbor to play the Michigan Wolverines on Apr. 22.
BGSU and Notre Dame will play a three-game series from May 9-11. The first two matchups will take place in South Bend, while the Fighting Irish will play at Stellar Field on May 11 to conclude the non-conference schedule.
BGSU will host 21 games, welcoming Tiffin in their home opener at Stellar Field on March 11.
The Falcons will begin MAC play with a series in Athens, Ohio, against the Ohio Bobcats on March 7-9.
BG’s first home MAC series will take place on March 21-23 against the Kent State Golden Flashes.
The Falcons will head up I-75 to play the Battle of I-75 on May 2-4, with the Fifth Third Field game between the Falcons and Toledo Rockets taking place on May 2.
Bowling Green will conclude their regular season at home against Northern Illinois from May 15-17. The MAC Tournament is slated to start on May 21.
