Walters State Community College sophomore Aiden Goins announced his commitment to BGSU men’s basketball on Thursday afternoon in a post on X.
The Falcons recently announced the signings of Camden Karel and Mahki Leach on Nov. 14.
The 6-foot-9-inch, 270-pound center announced an offer from Bowling Green on Oct. 26. Goins also previously announced he had received an offer from Bradley University.
In his freshman season at Motlow State Community College, Goins played in 29 games, averaging 13.9 points, 6.2 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game. He shot 50.9% from the field, 44.2% on three-pointers and 75% on free throws.
Through five games at Walters State this season, Goins is averaging 17.2 points and 7.0 rebounds per game, shooting 58.9% from the field and 60% (9-15) from beyond the arc.
