With the conclusion of the 2024 College Football regular season, we’ve begun to see student-athletes start to enter their names into the transfer portal in anticipation of when it opens up officially on Dec. 9.

Since BG’s regular season ended with Friday’s loss to Miami (OH), it had been quiet on all fronts until Monday night.

Jaylon Tillman, a senior wide receiver from Plainfield, Ill., announced he will enter the transfer portal as a graduate transfer. Tillman is the first BGSU player to announce they are entering the transfer portal.

Tillman, who hadn’t been listed on the roster since mid-October, had two catches on three targets for 37 yards and a touchdown after transferring to BGSU prior to the 2023 season.
