Bowling Green women’s soccer junior goalkeeper Madison Vukas announced that she has transferred to North Alabama via Instagram earlier on Wednesday.
The Pennsylvania native spent her freshman year at the University of Pittsburgh before transferring to BGSU, where she would stay through the 2024 season.
Vukas played in 27 games for the Falcons, first splitting reps with former Falcon goalkeeper Lili Berg in 2023 before earning the starting job for head coach Chris Fox in 2024.
The redshirt junior earned four shutouts in the first nine games of 2024, managing 0.89 average goals allowed and a 80.5 save percentage before missing the remainder of the season due to injury.
Vukas is transferring to the University of North Alabama, where she will play for a Lions squad that finished 3-14 overall in 2024 as a part of the Atlantic Sun Conference, ending the season 12th out of 12 teams at a 1-10 ASUN record.
