Former Florida Gators tight end Arlis Boardingham will transfer to BGSU, the team announced via X.
Boardingham, a four-star recruit and top-25 ranked athlete in the class of 2022, spent the past three seasons at the University of Florida.
After redshirting the 2022 season, Boardingham totaled 417 yards and six touchdowns across 23 games between 2023 and 2024. In 2023, he was named a Football Writers Association of America (FWAA) Freshman All-American after recording 289 yards and four touchdowns on 26 receptions.
Coming out of Birmingham High School in Van Nuys, Calif., he held offers from Arizona, Oregon, Notre Dame, Duke and Texas, among others.
He will have two seasons of eligibility remaining.
