Today, the Bowling Green football team added a new face to the coaching staff, as Chris Fenelon was hired as the head football sports performance coach. Fenelon will oversee as a strengths and conditioning coach for the football team.
“I am excited to work with our young men and proud to say, thank God I’m a Falcon,” said Fenelon.
Fenelon spent the previous three seasons at Temple University. Before Temple, he was a member of the strengths and conditioning team at Ohio State University, where he also spent three seasons. He also spent three seasons at Iowa State.
He also has some NFL experience, interning with the New York Jets for two seasons in the strengths and conditioning department.
Fenelon’s playing played football and graduated from Stony Brook University where he recorded 15 receptions for 205 yards and one touchdown.
