Former BGSU men’s soccer defender Josh Erlandson had signed a 25-day contract with Loudoun United FC in the United Soccer League (USL) Championship.
Josh Erlandson will join his older brother and former Falcon Jacob Erlandson with the Red and White in Virginia after going on trial with the club in the preseason.
In his four seasons with Bowling Green, Josh Erlandson played 50 games for the Orange and Brown while making 45 starts. Including starting all 20 games in 2024. The Dayton, Ohio native scored four goals and two assists throughout his career with the Falcons.
During the 2022 season, Josh Erlandson help lead the Falcons to one of the programs best defensive seasons. Playing in a backline that allowed 0.63 goals against per game.
