A Napoleon man is facing criminal charges after causing a deadly crash on I-75 near Cygnet on Sunday night.
Nicholas Luderman, 24, is currently being held at the Wood County jail and is facing charges of two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and four counts of aggravated vehicular assault. The assault charges carry mandatory prison sentences for up to eight years.
Two people have died and seven others were hurt as a result of the crash, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
