1:30 p.m. Leonard Slatkin Honorary Doctorate Ceremony Maestro Leonard Slatkin will be awarded an Honorary Doctorate from BGSU as a part of the Conductors Guild’s Conductor Training Workshop. The event is free and open to the public. Slatkin is an internationally recognized and celebrated musician, as well as a champion of American music and musicians.
