Bowling Green getting respect in national coaches poll

After beating Southeast Missouri State 49-10 Saturday night and giving No. 2 Oklahoma a scare, the Bowling Green football team have gotten themselves some votes in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches poll.

The votes placed the Falcons at No. 42 in the nation, and have made them the only Mid-American Conference team to receive votes this week.

The team received one vote in last week’s poll.
