The city announced resurfacing of Haskins Road began Friday, July 14 and will include milling and paving of Haskins Road from Newton Road to Parker Avenue, which is just south of Wooster St.
The resurfacing project will restrict traffic to a single lane and, weather permitting, should be completed before the Wood County Fair and National Tractor Pull Championships. Once the water and sewer line replacement is completed, the paving crew will mill and pave the small remaining bit of Haskins Road and then the stretch of Wooster from Haskins to Church, which is part of Wooster that has been narrowed to a single, eastbound lane for many months.
