BGSU men’s soccer head coach Eric Nichols looks forward to the competition, along with competing against some of the country’s best programs in the CSL, which was founded in 2019 and continues to grow and evolve.
“This [CSL] has expanded to 10 teams and is more competitive than ever,” said Nichols. “These are not typical spring exhibition matches. These teams are playing to win that trophy, so these games will give us a chance to see how we handle competitive games against some of the best teams in the nation.”
The two teams who finish first in the North and South Divison will face each other for the CSL title in Columbus. There will also be third-place, fifth-place, seventh-place and ninth-place matches that will all take place at Historic Crew Stadium on April 13.
