The Office of Student Engagement and Counseling Center are hosting a block party on April 12 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the College Park Office Building, Parking Lot T.
The event is to celebrate the hard work students did this semester and a way to “have some fun before the last week of the semester,” according to the event’s page.
The event will feature a dunk tank, music, food trucks and outdoor games. The event is open to all students, faculty and staff.
This event is part of the Counseling Center’s Collective Community Program. The Counseling Center aims to “ to create a safe, supportive and affirming climate for individuals of all races, ethnicities, national origins, genders, gender identities, sexual/affectional orientations, religions, ages, abilities, sizes, socioeconomic statuses, languages and cultures,” according to their website.
