It was a tough start to the season for BGSU men’s cross country. They landed in last place in today’s Tommy Evans Invitational in Norton, Ohio.
The lead runners for Bowling Green were the two sophomores, Micah Bentley (47th) and Luke Woolard (74th). Bentley earned 37 points, while Woolard tallied 47.
Just behind Woolard was senior Charlie Nowinski (75th), with 48 points. The other runners for the Falcons were junior Hunter Sidle (83rd) with 49 points, and junior Bryce Weber (92nd), who recorded 52 points.
The Falcons will look to bounce back on September 14th at the We Fly Championships Preview, in Muncie, Indiana at the Ball State Cross Country Course.
