BGSU men’s soccer fifth-year defender Kyle Cusimano was named to the Top Drawer Soccer National Team of the Week on Tuesday morning, marking the fourth time he has been honored by the organization.
The Bay Village, Ohio, native, last honored by Top Drawer Soccer on Sept. 20, 2022, led the Falcons with four points across their pair of road wins last week.
Cusimano had the primary assist on the lone goal of BG’s shutout victory over Michigan State on Monday before scoring a goal and tallying another assist in the Orange and Brown’s rain-delayed 4-1 win over IU Indianapolis on Saturday.
After his performances this past week, Cusimano has nine goals, 13 assists and 31 points in his BG career.
Next, Cusimano and the Falcons (3-1-0) will return home for a two-match homestand, beginning with a matchup against Butler on Saturday at 7 p.m.
