Due to the extreme cold warnings put out by the National Weather Service for Wood and Erie counties, BGSU’s main and Firelands campuses have canceled in-person classes from 6:00 p.m. on Jan. 21 to 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 22, according to an email sent out by university officials Tuesday evening.
Any class beginning before or after this time will remain in-person. Remote synchronous classes and online asynchronous classes held during this time will continue as scheduled.
“The University will continue to monitor weather conditions,” the email said.
BG Falcon Media will continue to update as new information unfolds.
