Brough was initially cited for an expired registration and driving under a suspended license, but an officer found the marijuana in his car during an inventory search of the vehicle. 10:51 p.m. Sara Siler, 20, of Westerville, Ohio, was cited for prohibited acts after she tried to use someone else’s ID to get into a bar.
