sell it faster and its the easiest to do! Make sure to use a

Open houses rarely sell houses but they can

open house once or twice the first month the home is on the market

is a great way to generate buzz from the neighbors. Sometimes they

can be your best sellers. Usually they know someone in the market

for a house. Getting a phone call from the website has the highest

see the house. This is much more efficient than an open

house.

well worth it. You want to make sure the transaction is
