The BGSU Office of Campus Sustainability is set to return with the annual EcoFair on April 12 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Union Oval.

The EcoFair has a variety of displays, activities and keepsakes including free plants, live animals and “birds of prey,” according to a release by the BGSU Office of Campus Sustainability.  The event will also showcase electrical vehicles that promote environmental sustainability.

The event has 20 tabling organizations participating. Registration for the event is not required and all activities are free of charge.

EcoFair is just one part of Campus Sustainability’s larger Earth Month 2023 schedule of events. The month focuses on climate-forward initiatives such as waste reduction and emission reduction.

Other events that are upcoming for the Earth Month schedule include Friday Night Lights, Tree Planting, Bloomfest and The Geological Mysteries of Climate Change: Presentation.
