Complainant reported that an unknown person stole $800 in pre-paid cellphones within the 100 block of W. Gypsy Lane Road.

3:00 A.M.

Brian Orr Coleman, 19; and Tyler A, Tonelli, 20, both of Bowling Green, were arrested for underage/under the influence within the 300 block of E. Wooster St. They were lodged in the Wood County Justice Center.
